Christopher Adolphe

Chris was born and raised in Canada and moved to Australia in 1999 to pursue his study of law.  Chris lived on the Gold Coast and attended Bond University, graduating in 2001.  He was admitted as a solicitor 2002.

During his studies, Chris met his now-wife and relocated to Brisbane.  He has practised commercial law now for 20 years, mostly in Brisbane, but also for a few years in Sydney.  He has a wealth of experience in business advisory and enjoys working with business owners and commercial investors.

Coming from a legal family (his father is a retired lawyer and older brother is also a practicing solicitor) has meant that Chris has always had a wealth of experience from which he can draw on.  However, he has found that working with business owners on a one-to-one basis has been the most effective way of understanding his client’s needs and working out the best legal solution for them.  This was one of the primary motivations for opening his own practice, Chris Adolphe & Associates in 2009.

Chris became an Australian citizen in 2008 and now holds dual Canadian/Australian citizenship.

With such a strong customer-focus, it is not surprising that most of Chris’ clients come from referrals or repeat business.  He believes that a clear understanding a client’s needs and active communication should be central to ethos of all solicitors.

In his spare time Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and children outdoors, hiking, camping, cooking and fishing.  He finds writing about himself in the third person odd.
